Lag...

Since of last week and a half, i've been experiencing a lot more lag in crossfire and my ping being unusually high. It went from being from like 40-60 ping to like 200-550... any part of the day , whether i played in the morning or night it was a constant 200-550 ping
is it the servers? idk...any suggestions? and im pretty sure it's not my internet...
