first time it takes a few more secs
just leave it to open and watch it do not click the mouse or anything you can wait for it or open and close and open again and it shud restart fast if you reboot comp redo all this as for the email try checking spam if its not there go to my account go to account management
click on change email type in info and you will get a veri email that shud replace the activation that's what i did exactly hope i helped i cud be wrong
