Unknown Error Exiting Game

I can't enter the game it says somebody log in my account and when i choose the server it says Unknown Error Exiting Game. But when i look my weapon in website everything i bought from bug GP is gone but my other gun that i bought with my own GP in legit way is disappear. >.< I don't no yet if my GP return back to normal or my coupons disappear. I hope not

this people create a bug. so the solve the bug creating a new one -.- . where this people learn the programing code? in a farm? that's my opinion, i get the bugged gp too. look lets see how fast they will resolve this problem. the bugged gp was fast.
