"Logged Into A Diffrent Location"

So, NO ONE Knows my username/password, and for some reason today i cant seem to get past the select channel screen

I have changed my password, but I'm not sure what is happing with my account

If this is a bug then please fix it, However if it is not, and someone hacked into my account is there some kind of account restore?
