FPS issue

For some reasons I always have low FPS, My ping is always around 50. But my FPS is around 16. I think that's bad, but no one ever told me I'm a lagger. So can someone tell me how I can increase the FPS? Please help me with this.


P.S- Don't say Game Booster, because its not a solution for me. I always use it, but doesn't help.
