FPS problems

Since the last two patches my FPS has dropped LOADS. I used to have over 100fps and now I rarely 40fps.
I am using lowest possible settings on crossfire,

I am using the basic windows theme & background

and my computer specs are pretty decent (atleast i think so)

AMD Phenom Triple-Core, 2Hz
4GB ram
ATI Radeon HD 6650M
Windows 7 64bit

I have tried few other games and my FPS has dropped in them to.
I've also tried to change my graphic card setting but nothing happend.

Feel free to tell if you have any ideas.

+ I'm getting over 100 fps in CoD4 but in all other games, even in minecraft I cannot get over 50 fps.

I've run CCleaner and Spybot and antivir on my computer, and found nothing!

My FPS is the same way bro.

My Normal FPS is 60-70

Now its 20-30....

Ive removed Viruses from my PC. But still not over 40.

So Like, This new patch messed up our PC's.

I've got this like before navy seals patch, I just came back to CF i was off couple months.
