Crossifire kills my Skype

Everytime I run Skype and CF, Skype crashes as soon as the login screen appears. I deactived my Anti-Vir Program AND my firewall.
Reinstalled Skype (5.3, the latest version) several times, yet I cannot run both Programs at the same time.

Does anybody PLEASE know how to help?
Playing CF the first time after a half year and it´s already getting on my nerves...Jeeez get your **** straight Z8, I even had to disable Microsoft Security Essentials & Windows Firewall to be able to Download your M12s-infested-Game.

Again, help would be much appreciated.
