Question on fraps

With the new replay system it's time I edit my dozens of clips. I have one question though. If I set fraps to record at 60fps, and while recording a replay my fps drops to around 40 (it will because my laptop is ****), then will the video come out as 60 or stay to whatever my fps was during recording?

What the guy up there said, if you record at 60 it will add in the extra frames anyway. But if your laptop is really bad the hard drive space may be iffy.

if the red number is 40 then thats what it will actually be at, its not bad though. vid wont lagg

I record in-game 60 FPS and it drops to 40 constantly.

But it's still smooth with good quality after you render.
