Where's my zp?

I just bought 20k zp earlier tonight, and then I spent 14400 zp on the item(120k GP + Hazard Namecard 30day), but when i login my acc in CF, i can't see any GP increased in my acc. any1 can help me?

i buy 40k gp + hazard namecard 7 day for 5100 zp and i don't have this gp ...
