about in game name

ok i have hade my name ingame now over 5 months now and just last month you guys did a upgrade block in the text in game my name is ***NINJA*** and my friends try and try to wisper me but cant because the x's get blocked out i am wondering since it is not my falt if i can have a name change or if you guys could fix it plz i use wisper a bunch sometimes in game to tell friends were i am and also to ask were they are and it even blocks the x's out whaen typing it in here
