cf does not start

well i have been playing cf for a while and didnot have any issues with it. but now all of sudden my anti virus Kaspersky says "application filter failed to start!". Then I have to repair the software again using the original installation CD which takes to restart the computer two times. I even uninstalled both the anti virus and cf and reinstalled them again.
but the answer is always"WDF".

I even tried to run CF by disabling anti virus but the game does not start at all, then the computer is again like f**k and have to shut my pc improperly. I think I have shut my pc for about 20 times now.

So do u think the problem is with my pc, or cf or my anti-virus, or does anyone have a problem like me???
