What the heck is with all the Quotation marks in this thread?

You can just get a large roll of tape and make yourself a custom crosshair whether it's a horizontal/vertical or a diagonal crosshair.

I know people did screen marks in CS but do the CF snipers even shoot straight outside of scoped mode? As far as I've noticed they don't, at all. They go all over the place.

No. Get a marker or piece of tape and make your own. It's great for quick scoping. I dont use it, but I know some people who do, and it helps them out A LOT.

Just learn to quickscope, and if you can't instinctively pinpoint the center of your screen, maybe quickscoping isn't for you.
