    the same has happened to me a few times, but with me it has only been with Peanut Labs which in that case I'll have to contact the survey host myself but which one did you use?

    Also keep and record all proof of completion such as email comfirmation, screenshot etc and another note, allow up to 24 hours for it to be rewarded, they say 10 mins to 20 ours but i narrow it up to 24 hours

    Waited 3 weeks now just got reply to my supp ticket saying contact the company nuthin we can do? I already did and included the screen of the email confirming. they told me to contact z8. z8 tells me to contact them. pathetic. it's z8 website that is advertising these offers. Take some responsibility for your own web page? where's my z8 points?

    You have to do surveys,all of it,till it says "Thank you" or something when your done.
    You get a lot of zp on quote or insurance surveys :)
