Have you tried editing the recording settings with fraps? Changing full size to half size helps a lot, and record at 20-30 fps, it might be choppy but it's still something.
^ try this. Basically, all programs are going to make you lag on some level. Except if you want to just use the replay system... But recording the replay can be a pain. I've tried many screen recorders recently, and the one I'm using is xfire. Free, decent quality, and doesn't make me lag that much. Also, try reducing Crossfire's settings along with your recorders. This should boost your fps... -
Net books aren't really the gaming types. Your problem is in-front of you. But like advice'd above "Have you tried editing the recording settings with fraps? Changing full size to half size helps a lot, and record at 20-30 fps, it might be choppy but it's still something.", this will help alot. Also, I'm pretty sure with what every Video editing you're using you can increase the quality & resolution of your video.

Basically, no matter what your computer is, the steps for getting better fps while recording are the same. Lower the fps/quality you are recording in. Also, lower Crossfires quality. If you're really desperate, maybe a defrag of your computer would help. But if you really want to have good fps while recording, get a better computer.

yup but the problem whit fraps that was not free and i just had the free edition of fraps hahaah lol i just can do 30 second per video i need 10 mins +
or just need dot alot of 30 second video and go in window live maker but i wont do that xD
Free fraps can only record 30 seconds. Don't try to keep recording 30 second bits, it's not worth it. Just use xfire with the quality down, and you will be able to record okay. -
Ahhhh. Well simply Google "Fraps 3.4.5 Full Version Free", you will find direct download or a torrent(Get uTorrent if needed). It's illegal, but many many people do it. Besides, this is the internet. If you cannot find it, PM me and I'll send you Fraps.

I'm not sure about her colours or texture, if not just simply make the game look awful. De-fraging helps yes, but will not give you so much FPS(Roughly 2-10). Apparently Gamebooster(Free from IObit) helps quite some people, so it's worth having a look. But, save to say with 4GB Ram, she gets 30-60 FPS in 5 v. 5's.

I'd rather play with terrible looking colors and descent fps than okay colors and bad fps. At least you can get kills that way. I used Gamebooster, but I didn't really get that much of an fps boost. I recently uninstalled it, actually, because I felt like it kept causing Crossfire to not open... -

game booster didn't let cross fire open for me. Took me a few weeks to realize that game booster was the problem.
