Crossfire wont start.

Hi
I know there are 1000 of threads about it but my Crossfire wont start. I normally open Crossfire as Admin, with all Antivirus programs off (the Firewall is also turned off, screw viruses and hacker ;D). Every single exe, every Folder is on a exception list. I re-installed the game now 4 times. I never played Crossfire or got to play it and I know that I have to wait the first time I start the game. Sometimes the game after I clicked Start on the launcher and XTRAP and HGWC had done loading does nothing... I get a black screen for like 5 seconds. Or it loads I get a black screen and a box opens, The Box asked me If I want to report the Error (there is no error, like I cant read anything besides that and the "OK" or/and "Cancel") . I hope you guys can help me. I listen to my friends right now, they are actually can play the game and It sounds like it makes a lot of fun.

Oh and I de-installed Skype 5.3 and installed Skype 5.0. I also have nothing running in the background besides Skype and the Nvidia Control Panel.

My OS is Windows XP 32bit. My PC should handle Crossfire with out a problem.
