Mouse Freezes

Okay so i just started playing this game and i like it but the major think that is killing my performance is like when im in a game or even in a lobby all of a sudden my mouse starts freezing all over the place. I honestly don't know what is the problem ive never had this problem on any other game. Thanks for reading hopefully someone can solve this
