and that Name Card he's bragging... he's the only 1 who can see it, and he can see it on any1 using the same Name Card he is!!!

maybe this rule will apply to him on the forum if he acted lil more serious than that

Yes, it is still Impersonating as all his post contained was a picture of him with the GM namecard and then calling himself [GM]DesiKid. There are always new members arriving at our game that will not yet know about UI file switching. Therefore thinking that you are actually one. Remember, GM/MOD impersonating is a permanent ban. However, since the UI change only works client side (only you see it), there is nothing wrong and therefore fine, however the manner of your post was not. This has been around since namecards were introduced to CrossFire.

And as a side note, do not multi-post. Use the multi-quote function or the edit function. There is no need to post multiple times right after your post when no one else has yet to post.
