sound is messed up

so the sounds on my crossfire is screwed its really low. ANOTHER issue after that stupid maintenence last week. how can i fix this i tryed re-installing already it didnt do anything its nothing with my comp AT ALL its crossfire
i mean honestly wtf are u guys doing with this game smh
