my steelseries v2 (not usb) has so far lasted since november and still works like new.
alot of people like turtlebeach's because of its multi platform.
I've already bought the v,2 for $130 it was good, not totally worth it. but my budget it 100, MAYBE 120 if the headset it really approved and suggested -

step 3. then put in credit card numbers and etc

step 5. track where it is everyday any time with the transaction code or whatever

The sound of this game is just bad, you aren't going to hear the difference between a 30$ headset and a quality one like the G35. Buy it if you play other games than CF because with the right sound card and sound output from the game it's an awesome headset.

true. i used the g35 until someone broke it *grml*. if you only play CF its a waste of money. on the other hand if you listen to high quality audio you will enjoy the g35.
i will also buy a new headset, not sure which one though. -
if you enjoy anything "high quality" then the last thing that you want to buy is a gaming headset.
well, one should define "high Quality". for gaming the g35 or other comparable sets in that pricerange are pretty good, connecting my hd650 or hd800 to a gaming console feels.....wrong. -
what are your suggestions? I just want something that won't be a waste of my money
dont go for gaming headset bs , sorrround sound is bs , just a markting move.
i would go for some music headsets with som really good bass sound or other features u can find -
Like other people have said, the g35 isn't really worth your money if you are only using it for CF. I don't even use the surround sound setting when playing CF since CF only supports stereo.
If you like listening to music or playing other games that have better sounds then it might be worth it...
. Oh and it would be preferable to be durable. Quality > looks for me
