1. Only if I confirmed that he was, without doubt, in contradiction with the rules.
2. Depending of prior play, I would decide. If he had just joined, it is more likely that I would have.
3. Obviously, the opposing team :P
4.Yes, because I feel that rank IS an indicator of skill, and lower lovel characters are more likely to be hack accounts. Keep in mind that I am well aware that many people make alternate accounts, but that is their choice to give up their prestige.
5. Yes, because joining a clan is usually the first step towards a legitimate player. Any decent clan name would make me think twice about kicking him. However, known hacking clans and farming clans might not grant that same effect.
6. Only the M12s. Simply because of a personal problem with the weapon, and the personal belief that the Scar Light "isn't that bad."
7. Hmm... given (very) recent experiences involving incredibly racist and rude encounters with several members of the Portuguese community, I would say yes.

No, it's a 9 kill streak, it isn't the hardest thing ever to get

No, 9Ks are easy to get [as stated previously]

The team does not matter, I wouldn't kick because, as stated before, 9K are simple.

No, because I'm fully aware of alt accounts.

Does clan matter? In my opinion, clans are just meaningless function, you can easily just make a team and scrim in Echo 8 ; where the competitive community used / semi-does strive now.
6) Would you be more inclined to kick if Henryblah was using a Scar Light/M12s instead of M4?
Possibly; though I'd be less inclined because it's much easier in my opinion to get headshots with the Scar Light and M12s because of their lower recoils.
7) Would you be more inclined to kick if Henryblah started talking Portuguese?
No, only nationalist and anti-BR players would do that.

If he did that consistently i would try to get him vote kicked, 27-3 is definitely a hacker score, unless they are sniping and just don't die.
If he was doing what i stated above, then yes i would F11, otherwise, depending on who he was i Might F12
If i was on the opposing team, and because of him his team started destroying us, i would RQ, i really don't care about TDM much.
Im going to combine these two questions.
if he is uber high rank, but doesn't have a clan then i would be MORE likely to think he is hacking. otherwise i don't think rank really matters unless he is uber low rank. I also have 2 computers so i usually search for people on the clan page. if they DON'T have honorable solider i kick. if they do and their KD is like 15-1 then ill kick. otherwise no.
if he were using a SL i would think he was a nub, but i wouldn't kick. same with m12s, however, in GM i kick ANYONE who is using an M12, RPK, m60, or SL. just because they are loud, and if i ask them to get a quieter gun, and the shiit talk. I kick them, I don't try to get them kicked if im BL though, they are hurting their team.
not really. if they start spamming about their noob clan or wanting ZP I will get pretty annoyed. it might cause me to kick if there are like 5 of them all spamming. -

No, I only actually do that if he blatantly cheating, in the replay its obvious you were prefiring/and so good aiming then again you didn't see him coming in front of you last guy so yep no cheat.

2) Would you press F11 if a kick vote was started?With what we saw in the video alone, No.If I'm on his team and I notice (either because of the QQ or because he really does kill a lot) that's he's doing so good he looks like hack, I try to see how he plays. Generally it's easy to tell if someone is aimbotting.
If I'm on the other team, it's also easy to tell if someone is hacking by the way he kills you/you kill him.
