connection delay cant start a game ?

connection delay???

i have the same problem....so i try re-install the game for an hour and it did work yesterday but today it went back again say's the same ****ty stuff...connection delay...and stuff like this always happens when they install a new patch...is there any solution in this problem I don't want re-install the game every time there's a bug on the patch....and help...gamers not to waste any game time....thank you....
