Is the system working?

I reported a speeder last night, today there is no sign of it in "contact history" so I have sent it again....still not in "contact history"

Did the hack report reach it's intended destination or am I pi$$ing into the wind?

"technical support" tickets show up immediately......but hack reports just vanish from sight. Is it any wonder people have lost faith in the system?

What's the next step?.....remove hack reporting from the web form?

That's fine. Take all the time you want to fix the hacking issues.

This game was designed for the players to make microtransactions and that's how Z8 would profit from this "free" game.

Z8 should take note that some of us have NEVER paid real $ for anything on this game. I never will because you have never resolved the hacking issues.

So don't rush, don't fix them. It looks like you're incapable of it anyways. Z8 lacks the talent.

I'll keep my $ and spend it on games that have this under control.

I got a reply from "support"

We have received your reports. They are under investigation. Also your contact history is fine.

and

Hack reports are not included in Contact History.

...why not...today i was kicked 3 times from Egypt TD...vote kick started by my speeding team members... really, who known what is next? Once, few months ago i was suggested(sarcasm suggestion) that Z8 need to legalize X-Ray sight(wall hack), so maybe that times comes...?
