Failed to connect to Host sever

this has become an increasingly annoying problem that i have been having every pub i join now that has been started before i join results in be failing to connect to host i am using a wired connection and my ping is 8-15 with no antivirus running at the time firefox,ventrillo/mumble and gameboster are the only things running in the background if u have a sugestion on how to fix this problem let me know plz because cross fire has become an annoyance to play at the moment.
