Need help!

Hello, I have just recently started to play Crossfire again after i have took a long break away from the game. Before I took my break about 6 mouths ago I decided to give my account to one of my friends who kept begging me for it, but told him if I ever started to play again I wanted my account back. Now that i have started playing he noes the password and consistently logs in logging me off all the time. I have tried to change my password but forgot what email I put this account on. Can someone please help me and tell me if there is anyway I could retrieve this email.

P.S: He changed my security question/answer and now will not give it back to me.
