While I have no exact figures, Z8 receives tens-of-thousands of hacking reports a week. Even if it only took five minutes to review a report and complete a verdict, it would at least a hundred people working eight hour days to process all of those. Unfortunately they only have a few people who take around 15-30 minutes to determine a true hacker. Usually only the ones who are reported the most are reviewed, so if you find someone who hacks and you're the only who reports them, they're never going to be able to get to it.

When it comes to blocking hacks, Z8 is defenseless. They have hardly any actual developers on their staff and instead rely on HGW to prevent hacks.

The thing to keep in mind is Z8 is a publisher for North America and Europe and not an actual game developer.

I understand it seems like they're doing nothing but it's a team of a few dozen people managing a game played by at least a million people.
