Windows 7 + CF

I just installed CF , but when i press Start Game , the launcher dissapears and nothing happens , i try again and its sayin client already running , or sth like that
any ideas?

and now it says Failed to download version.ini

the veses it opens, but when I'll put the password and login, appears: "send error report".

OT: Try running as an admin, or reinstall again.

I mentioned my prob + its my topic , but it seems its useless , since staff does not exist on this game .

Ontopic: I reinstalled 4 times already , and its not running when I press run as admin.
