Possible solution to SpawnKill Hacks?

Is there someway for Z8 to code in some SpawnKill safeguards? I had this crazy Idea that if ANY damage was registered within 2 seconds of initial spawn (About the time you are frozen) the server will automatically kick you? I see it as being easily skirted, but the time could be tinkered with nonetheless.

    Sometimes people are in my base, and I kill them in a second. I don't want to get kicked.

    Idk on ghost mode i've had kills on haken which where only a few seconds after the start, however this idea does show promise and i think it should be investigated further.

    Allow me to explain. During the time that everyone is not moving, any damage that reaches the player causes the server to boot the person responsible. After the player gains control, the check stops.
