Hacks: Since CF is free there will always be hackers, the only thing z8game staff members can do is slow them down.

QQer: Most peoples in this game complain and whine like a 5 year old about being kicked for no reason. I don't care if you're a pro or someone just want to kick you because they feel like it. Your friends and your clan mate are there for a reason. You have a clan and a friend list for a reason. Play with your clan or your friends, the chance of getting kicked by them are likely never. If they do kick you, it can be a joke, or they just don't like you and that's your problem not theirs.
Emotional problems: Most peoples these days overreact or get really upset when someone call them names, when they are being insulted by their racial background, they attend to flood the forum like its a "Facebook". They're bullies everywhere, deal with it. Just ignore those negative comments. In reality, if someone kills you and you just can't stand it or you're **** off about those negative comment, you decided to post it on the forums, your clan chat, or yell f*** or start yelling at peoples in "Ventrilo". Its a game people, chill.
