Vent PTT not activating

Yeah title says it all,now when I fixed my mic PTT won't work.
I press it and it just won't work.
Re-installing didnt help.

Are you using the correct sound driver?

Is your mic muted on vent?

and it worked this morning.
and works on laptop /w same settings.
got nephire on,broke.

A common mistake with vent is accidentally checking the second box at the bottom of the vent client. Make sure it isn't. :P

People do without noticing all the time.

And there's a bunch of different ways to mute your mic, that box is simply one.

The problem is your PTT key won't work with vent.

Ok so the solution to this is to go to my computer, C:/ or wherever your vent is installed, double click ventrilo, then open the door get on the floor everybody walk the dinosaur.
