How Do I Post a direct picture of Something?

Usually I post an image on imageshack, and then provide a link to it in my post.

But, how do I simply make the entire image appear *within* the post itself?

Upload it to your picture hosting site, get the URL ending with .jpg

Post with

Dont think imageshack posts on this forum though, try ploader.net or tinypic

With imageshack you dont have to type that^ its already there.. where it says 'Embeded this image' use Fourm and simply copy and paste it.
