Yeah he's legit, just make sure you add him on msn, and double check the address, as impostors are fairly common on someone with decent vouches.

You could always make a thread yourself, stating what you're looking for exactly, and the max price you'd pay (say $5, people will ask for higher since you're new, but be firm.)

Only go with trusted members, those with at least three or more vouches to their name.
If all else fails, I'll get you a key myself.

Ahh, probably got a legit scam report put on him, though if it's a temp ban, he probably just over bumped or spammed or trolled.
