Question about clicking the start button!!

hay guys i just have a slight question. My download went out perfectly no issues there, the only thing is that once i click on my desktop short cut the small page loads but as if it glitches. Becuase theres just white on the side were the start button is , to begin the game. I deleted the game and redownloaded it again and still the same issues occurs. I really need somones help. Should i maybe just download it again but from another server??? cause thats basically the only issue that im having. Just to click on the start button lol.
