- Depending on what kind of payment method your using, you will see a "Gift ZP" in the item mall. You need to to Deposit and choose a payment method that allows you to gift such as using an Ultimate Game Card.

2: when I go to do ur offers I download and install the fp thing and loged to my fb through it and I have got no zp ... whats wrong I did ?
- Some offers may not update until 24 hours. Give it a couple of days and if you still haven't received your points, contact the companies customer support for further assistance.

3: how to get M4A1 silver or custom or E or even golden ?
To obtain the M4a1 Silver, you must go to the item mall and go to "Bonus Items". The Custom / E can either be obtained by ZP Crates or Coupons. The Golden M4a1 is just coupons. Coupons are obtained in the Black Market.


4: why when I use M12s ppl keep to telling me noob and askin my team to kick me ?
- M12 is considered easy to most players and usually used by "Laggy" players. Often used as an excuse in my opinion but it's not a "Nooby" gun to most players. Cheap, easy weapon. People will cry but it's nothing to worry about.

5: what is bonus points ? and how to get them ?
-Bonus Points are Points received by Purchasing ZP. ZP is purchased by money with multiple payment methods. 10,000 ZP = 1000 BP = $10.00. BP can also be obtained by doing surveys.

6: what is ribbons and also how to get them to get the crystal M4a1
- Ribbons are almost "Missions" but not daily. You obtain Ribbons by accomplishing goals in game or out of game. To see how you can obtain ribbons, I'll provide a link below. To obtain the M4a1 Crystal, you must first have 20 ribbons.

- I'm not sure on this but it could just be an error. I would contact a Moderator about the issue.

8: how to get M4A1 liberty or something like this ... its an american flagged M4A1
- You can obtain this also by Coupons for 30 days.

9: how ppl changes from male to female chars in the game ? in 1 game ther r male and the next they r female ... how come ?
- Characters can be bought by ZP or some are GP. The female characters such as the SPOP & STAR can be purchased in the Item Mall in game or on the Z8games website.

10: is hack legal to use ? and what if I used it ? and how I know if someone is hacker or no
Hacking is NOT Allowed. It will result in a permanent ban. It's obvious to see if someone is hacking. You just need basic knowledge of the game to realize it.

11: how ppl writes so fast in chat about 200 letters or so so so fast ? they spam
- These are called Macro's. Macro's can be found in game under settings. Once you go to settings, you will then need to go to "community". From their you will see 4 Areas to create 4 different sentences. The keys to "spam" these are: F5, F6, F7 & F8.
