Why the reset on log out

I finally get master Sergeant 4th class I have the 50k to buy the xm8. I go to buy it and says purchase fails. I then proceed to log out and reopen the game, well guess what i lost the 2k exp i had gained today as well as the 6k gp i gained from crates wtf is going on? I want my rank and my gp back please. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. I would like it to be fixed. Thank you for your time and I would appreciate a response of some sort as soon as you could please.

    This could be a result of logging into the wrong account or somebody has hacked your account. I would recommend sending in a support ticket here: http://support.z8games.com/

    Maybe you have an unstable internet connection, that may cause this errors.
    Check your internet connection. If you think thats not the problem, you should send a support ticket

    Thank you both for your replies but i neither have more then this one account nor do I have a bad connection like I said this is not the 1st time this has happened, the other times I have just blown it off with not caring. Now however I am fed up with it. I worked my ass off all day to get the EXP to lvl but this time I also lost gp. I won't stand for it anymore. I have been playing fps since 1989 and have never had this type of thing happen in any of the games I played so i know for a fact it's not my side considering all records are kept on your servers and no toon data is on mine. OH and i have already submitted a ticket ty.
