I've done a ton of servers and watched like 3 videos I do what the thing says like "Provide the information on Pg 1&2." So I do it and well I don't get my ZP I still wait a while too. The videos which gives like you know 78 ZP I don't get anything!
If this keeps on happening I'm just going to go play CS...

Z8 doesn't manage surveys, they just offer links to them. You need to go to the sites of the survey purveyors and complain there, with the evidence that you followed all the requirements and have not received the rewards promised.
