Problem with TS3 and CF

Hi everyone . I have a problem with Ts3 .Its not working with Cf anymore. I have been trying to fix the problem, I reinstalled Ts3 several times, scanned my computer, turned off anti virus, firewall( those are all advices from my friends) and nothing is working. So maybe there is somebody here who can help me . I would appreciated it so much.
