Problem with the MALL (zp problem)

Hello everyone, I'm posting here because I had a problem this afternoon : after buying 14 000 ZP, I bought the pack in the MALL 140k gp + hazard name card ... When I click on the "buy"button , a message appeared like this "system error: can not purchase" And when I returned to z8games while my zp was credited and i havn't got my GP in game!
I send a web support form for the support ...
Is anyone here have the same problem?
Can be solved?

I think it's a problem on their servers ... So send a web form, and wait, they will give us our GP =D !

I surely hope you meant the "120k gp + hazard Name card 30 days" one, because I can't find a 140k Gp one.

I got to make him the picture! My mistake! but not one that happened to this problem! I spent 5100 ZP for 40k + Name hazard card 7 days but an error occurred! Please take the problem seriously! whether to fix probleva please give me what I ordered! thanks!
