Game Won't Load

When I double click the shortcut for crossfire, I get the start up thing. But the problem is that it is shaped oddly and is also white.

I bought a new laptop and crossfire is unplayable. I can play on my desktop, but its really slow and laggy. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

try to reboot if it didnt work unistall the game and setup it again and if it didnt work donwload it again

Same thing almost for me, says I can't connect with the server. Started happening right after maintenance.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I've deleted the game and downloaded the game and drag/drop the file from my portable hard drive. Nothing works.
