Hacking/Hackers
I know I'm not the only person annoyed with the number of hackers in-game at this time. I remember the "good ole days" in 2009 and early 2010 when CF had a different security system; hackers back then were a rare find. Now, I'm not sure if the number of hackers is due to the vulnerability of this particular security provider or just companies which provide/sell these hacks are beginning to target this game even more. Whatever it is, I believe that Z8Games should spend more time fixing this issue with X-Trap to help rid of this problem, or at least go 2 weeks without there being a new hack. The current security provider really doesn't seem that quick at fixing hacking issues, in my opinion.

LOL "hackers back then were a rare find" okay... the only good times where we had 2 weeks without hacks was because they switched from gameguard to xcrap and they had to re-bypass this 1 and so the codes not because it was harder or easier or w/e... -

If we had GameGaurd today, belive me this game would finished codders have improved i cant imagine what they could do if we had GameGaurd -

my first thought when i see a cheater in a game is SHOOT HIM UNTIL HE LEAVES
most of them are so awfull players that u can beat them even if they cheat

I hear GameGaurd was so bad off all you had to do was rename a file within gamegaurd and it was a hack itself. At least x-trap has a bunch of its own coding along with an auto ban system.
#1 Z8Games isn't the Devolopers. Its merely the portal or the Website itself. All the admins here just mainly Keep this website running with updates and keep the support coming along.
#2 CrossFire is a free game. Im sure its very hard to pay off an anti-cheat program when your game is free and you give out to the community more then you receive. Im sure SmileGate is trying to make a Profit. Don't forget, any smart company would love to have a profit then a deficit.
#3 GameGaurd really doesn't help more then x-trap. I remember back then they had the Knife Throwing hacks and Gun hacks and such.. Why? because gamegaurd was easily manipulated unlike xtrap which actually takes coding to bypass.
I really don't think xtrap is doing a bad job.. They just need to code such a big patch that itll get rid of speeders for quite awhile. Just like how they did when they first came into the game.
P.S: This is a reminder. Just look at all the other games with gamegaurd and tell me if they succeeded.

no such thing as stopping hackers
all we can do is report their "new"/updated hacks as quickly as possible to z8. i'm pretty sure xtrap is doing what it can do but its hard when people arent reporting the .rar files and "addys" they have... YES I AM A "LEECHER"! AND YES! I SUPPORT CROSSFIRE TO STOP HACKERS -

You can at least shoot ghosts with guns, you can't shoot a GR guy that shoots you through the wall whilst you have just spawned with a knife.
What about the 100% invisible ghosts not so long ago, the upright char ones? maybe they are still there not played GM much lately.
Or speeding ghosts? And sure you can kill them once or twice but if they are "pro hackers" ie the non noob type that goes 0/12 with speed then your pretty much screwed. -
