Vent echo problem

I got a huge problem,when I'm the only one speaking/not ingame my mic is just fine.
Tho when someone else is speaking in the same time/ingame its all like RAWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Tried like million different settings,all the same.

probably you are also on vent in a parallel universe, which is slightly lagging, so this echo appears.

maybe its because the other person speaking is using their speakers instead of their headset/earphones/headphones.

control panel-audio devices-volume-advanced-properties-options-input-uncheck stereo mix

translated this from my lang,maybe the tab names aren't exact but you'll get it.
