How to buy with With UGC balance?

I have a balance of 11.30$ from ultimate game card and I want to buy 10,000 ZP which only cost approximately 9$.
I logged in with my email and I clicked use balance. After that is says: Balance applied. See above.
Description Price
Account Name: 19950517
US$11.39
CDN$ 11.30 via Balance Transfer – CDN$ 11.30
CDN$ 9.30

This makes no sense.... I did not actually pay it.. But I've used balance before and it worked.

All UGC ever did with my extra cash was convert it to UGC points, which I would then apply to a purchase if I wanted to do so. They never have a monetary balance, at least on my account.

when ever you get a UGC, GO TO PLAYSPAN,COM. its the very best place to go to buy your ZP and save what is left over.

you have to send in support ticket to paybycash.Something is wrong with there site.Explain whats happening.Same thing happened to me.After i sent inn ticket i had my zp within an hour.

Wait, so there's a way to use leftover UGC money? Because I've been using $20 UGC and always have 3 bucks left over and it adds on over time frequently...
