Problem with the "Account Administration"

My other Account got hacked, so I tried to fill out a ticket with my 2nd Account at the support-site, because I have to be log in, when I want to fill out a ticket. But how could I fill out the Points, e.g. the security-answer, when there is another question, because it's another account?!
What shell I do now? I can't log in with my hacked Account!
