Hack tools detected ?

hi dear ,
I didnt use hack tools for playing this game , but my account have been banned 3 days ago , I lost 1 ribbons "have never been banned for any reasons" , i dont know why , GM can u help me check my account plz ? i need save ribbons for getting m4a1 crystal , so i dont wanna waste my ribbons like this
Why did you not ban who is using hack tools ?
moreover you ban who is not using hack tools like me ?
