I've only sent 1 ticket before and it was replied within 24 hours but since it's a weekend im not expecting it to be answered till monday unless....

4 days, and counting.

first i tried to send a ticket about this, but did this in the wrong catagory, i got a reply like three seconds later to say that it was posted wrong, and if it happened again they would ignore my other tickets
but when i sent it in the correct catagory they don't reply.....
