depending on what you where doing will depend on your ban length

hacks = perma ban

bug/glitching = set period ban or perma ban (if you continue to exploit these bugs and glitchs non stop

harrassment/constant spam (example, macro - go f**k your mum etc.) = 1-3 days

imporsonation of gm/mod = perma ban

check the ban list http://www.z8games.com/blocked_list.aspx if you have a permanent ban for something but you dont know what (every person that gets banned doesn't always get added to the ban list) send in a support ticket and they should tell you why you where banned if you have proof to prove your innocence then you will have to show them the proof otherwise you account will stay banned

Okay, this is what happened:

You used an IP changer to get be able to do foreign ZP surveys. You were caught, and they took away the ZP you've gotten through surveys. You spent some of the ZP before they caught you, and now you don't have enough ZP to pay back the full amount. In this case, your account is blocked until you purchase enough ZP to pay back the exact given amount.

Now You're saying:

You've purchased ZP to pay back the amount, but your account is still blocked.

Possibilities:

1. You didn't buy ENOUGH ZP. Purchasing 2K ZP won't eliminate a -3K ZP balance.
2. You paid enough, but your account isn't unblocked yet.

PM a MOD and ask for help. If that doesn't work, send a support ticket.
