disconnected from server

i'm getting this message right after log in, when the server list is appearing. i removed the game completely and reinstall it.
i'm using a cable connection, my friend is connected to the same router and it's working fine with him so it's not something with the router.

i disabled my antivirus during install and game launching also with the same result.
