How do i join a rival faction?

If i go to the page, there isn't like a 'join' button.

Whats your ign? you sure you havent joined a rival faction clan already?

Thanks, it really helped as i joined in now.
Only one question, how do you start a mission?

You cant join until next season since they already locked in the rival fractions list. Wait til next year or something like that to join a rival fractions side.
