cant defuse

I have just won from gp crate something to speed up my defuse and speed up my plant

and it does rly speed up my plant but it disabled my defuse ...

the C4 is exactly under my feet and clicking E it keeping to peep peep peep ... till someone else comes to defuse it or when I ask someone from my team to come to defuse it and I cover him

whats wrong with me or whats wrong at all ? I have made another account lvl 1 to try but it also doesnt defuse without that gp crate thing ... and yes my control is setted as E to defuse

any solution ? thanks ... oh and am new here, thanks for the gr8 game
