Just a permanent ban, and bam, that's it, they dont come back.

Easy and effective and would get rid of more hackers.

And by permanent bans I mean the auto bans that currently just temp. ban atm instead of perm.

Now, the main point of my first post was to say this thread will get nowhere, nor will it make a diffrence. its just a waste of space.

They don't have it perm ban because it could be a false positive. It is not that hard a concept to follow.

When Z8 hands out a ban, it is permanent. This is because they review the evidence. They can't view the evidence for an auto ban. However, if there are enough instances of an auto ban for an account, they will perm ban it.

But, you know, you should feel free to just stop playing if it is causing you this level of distress. They need money to stay open, but they do not need your money to stay open.

Mate, no point of complaining here. U will only face criticism. If u think that this game is unplayable, then leave it like me. Until we all leave this game, z8 games will not listen and will do nothing. I left this game because I don't want to allow hackers to farm on me. And if u think same as me, then why don't u people leave game and give a lesson to z8 games?
Go in the game, find out one hackers (which is a very simple job), report him and see if anything happen to him or not. Check his IGN everyday. U will understand why I left this game. Don't have to believe in me or don't believe in anybody's word ( admins say that z8 games ban hacker if u report them properly). Check it yourself. U will get a very clear idea about this game.
note- If that guy got a 7 days ban, don't imagine that it is a result of your reporting. X-trap gives temporary ban. Z8 games ban for permanent. So, if the guy is banned for his life, only then u can think that your r successful in your reporting.

Depends what the hackers get caught by. The support system or auto-ban system (ironic). The support will most likely be permanent ban, while the auto-ban isn't permanent. Or so I've heard.
