SMOOTH UI Bug(?)

Well i download'd smoothui ages ago and i can't seem to get rid off it, i go into uninstall items and it seems not to uninstall it , it just "trys" and repairs it, how do i get rid of SMOOTH UI

To remove it from your program list you need to have a newer or latest version, was my mistake when i first started making it to set it like that.
The whole UI can be replaced with Mod Remover.
